From the Team page you create a one-time join code for each person and send it however you like — text, WhatsApp or email. They create their own login on their own laptop, enter the code, and land in your company workspace.

No. Each code works once and then expires, so a forwarded message cannot be used by someone else.

Can I limit what someone can do?

Yes. People can be set to view-only, or given permission to upload, edit and approve. You can change a role or remove someone at any time.

An owner or admin removes them from the workspace on the Team page. Their login no longer reaches any company document, and the audit history keeps their past actions attributed to them.

Solo Team is $149 a month, Small Team is $349 a month and Larger Team is $699 a month. Solo Team and Small Team have no onboarding or setup fee. Larger Team includes a one-time $499 guided rollout, charged with the first payment.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Billing begins only after the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point during the trial without being charged.

What happens if we go over our document allowance?

You are not cut off. Extra documents are billed per document at your plan's rate — 10 cents on Solo Team, 15 cents on Small Team and 20 cents on Larger Team. The Usage & limits page shows your projected charge before the month closes.

How many people can use each plan?

Solo Team is for a single user. Small Team allows up to 10 members and Larger Team up to 25 members, each with role-based permissions inside a shared workspace.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Open Plans & billing inside the app to switch plans, update your card or cancel. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Who can see our files?

Uploads go to private storage. Personal documents are visible only to you, and workspace documents only to members of that workspace.
